The 2010 Great Smoky Mountains Sportsman Show
will feature the latest hunting gear, expert advice from
professional hunters and a 3D archery tournament.
The Sportsman Show, a fundraiser for the Walters
State Alumni Association, will be held March 26-28 at
the Walters State Great Smoky Mountains Expo Center in
White Pine.
Hunting and fishing equipment, Jon boats,
four-wheelers, RV’s, campers and gun safes will be on
display. Expert hunters, such as five-time world
champion turkey caller Doug Adkins, and hunting guides
will be at the show to provide tips and information.
The inaugural Great Smoky Mountains 3D Archery
Championship Tournament, featuring a $500 first-place
cash prize, will also be held during the show.
Admission is $5, with children under the age of 10
admitted free of charge.
Show hours are
Friday, 5-9 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-9 a.m.; and Sunday,
noon to 5 p.m.

Great Smoky Mountains Boat and Fishing Show
The Great Smoky Mountains Boat and Fishing show will heat up East Tennessee
this January at the Great Smoky Mountains Expo Center in White Pine,
Tenn.
Although only a few years old, the Great Smoky
Mountains Boat and Fishing Show has quickly become one of the more popular outdoor
shows in the region.
This year’s boat show will feature boat dealers
from throughout East Tennessee. Over 35,000 square feet of bass,
ski, deck, fishing and pontoon boats will be on display.
Also on display will be pleasure craft and all
manner of fishing-related equipment and boating supplies.
The sportsman show will feature hunting and fishing
equipment, jon boats, campers, RV’s, and four-wheelers.
The boat and fishing show will be held
Jan. 7-8, from 5-9 p.m.
Jan. 9, from 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
and Jan. 10, from noon-5 p.m.
Admission is $5 for the boat show.

Dealer space on the arena floor will once again be priced at $1.00 per square foot.
Space on the concourse area will be priced at $150.00 for the first 8’ x 10’ booth
and $125.00 for each additional booth.
Checks should be made out to Walters State Community College Foundation and mailed to
WSCC Expo Center, 1615 Pavilion Drive, White Pine, TN 37890. Please keep in mind that
the Boat and Fishing Show will continue to be purely a boat and fishing show.
We will not be allowing four wheelers or campers as in previous years.
Smoky Mountains Vehicle Show
A new event for car, truck and motorcycle enthusiasts is slated for this January at
the Walters State Great Smoky Mountains Expo Center.
The Smoky Mountain Vehicle Show will be held Jan. 16-17 at the Expo Center in White
Pine. The show is open to all cars, trucks, low riders and motorcycles.
Advanced vehicle registration is $15; at-the-door vehicle registration is $20.
Spectator admission is $5.
Show hours are 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. on Jan. 16 and from noon-6 p.m. on Jan. 17.
The Expo Center will be open for vehicle staging on Jan. 15 from 9 a.m.- 8 p.m.
Judging will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 17, with the awards presentation to begin
at 4 p.m.
