Center For Workforce
Education Education today for the jobs of tomorrow!
CWE
The center is funded by
$1.9 million USDOL President’s Community Based Training Grant. The CWE
offers pre-application screening, and Career Center Services.
According to local
industry, the CWE’s manufacturing labs and curriculum are designed to
provide the types of training job applicants and employers need.
The CWE provides
assessments and testing, remediation for individuals that lack basic school
and work skills that train entry-level workers and employed workers that
want better jobs.
ADVISORY BOARD
The Center For Workforce
Education Advisory Board is comprised of six area industries. Our advisory
committees input and suggestions has been crucial in choosing assessments
that are appropriate for the local area manufacturing facilities.
