Be True To Your School! Homecoming is Saturday!

Walters State Community College will celebrate homecoming on Saturday, Nov. 16. Conference rival Columbia State visits with the Lady Senators tip-off at 2 p.m. and the Senators at 4 p.m. The first 500 to arrive at the game will receive a free T-Shirt.
Activities are planned on all campuses. Please check the college calendar or social media for details. 

Mr. Walters State and Ms. Walters State will be crowned during half-time of the men’s game. 
Students are nominated for the honor by campuses and clubs. Students are chosen based on a college-wide vote, an essay and an interview. 
Avery Carpenter, an elementary education major from Sevierville, is nominated by the Sevier County Campus. She is the daughter of Michelle Carpenter and Terry Carpenter.
Ashley Cooter, an exercise science major from Russellville, is nominated by Phi Theta Kappa. She is the daughter of Donna Johnson and Raymond Cooter.
Brandon Delgado, a surgical technology major from Sevierville, is nominated by the Surgical Technology Student Organization. He is the son of Myna Munoz and Jesus Munoz. 
Alyssa Michele Harmon, a nursing major from Russellville, is nominated by the Senators Pages. She is the daughter of Misty Harmon. 
Victoria Leigh Howard, an agriculture major from Rutledge, is nominated by the Ag Club. She is the daughter of Misty and Gary Howard.
Caitlin Johnson, a surgical technology major from Dandridge, is nominated by the Surgical Technology Student Organization. She is the daughter of Boyd and Christy Naill.   
Ryan Lawson, an English major from Sneedville, is nominated by the Senators Pages. He is the son of Tammy Nichols and Charles Lawson. 
Emily Livesay, a mass communications major from Morristown, is nominated by S.W.O.R.D. She is the daughter of Heather and Dr. Jackie Livesay.
Shelby Masoner, a nursing major from Morristown, is nominated by the Music Club. She is the daughter of Steve and Rhonda Masoner.
Megan V. Miceli, a culinary arts major from Dandridge, is nominated by the Culinarians Guild. She is the daughter of Tim and Tina Miceli.
Ryan Miller, a music major from Morristown, is nominated by the Music Club. He is the son of Sam and Kim Miller.
Joe Ogle, a history major from Sevierville, is nominated by the Sevier County Campus. He is the son of Bobby and Tabatha Ogle. 
Erik Partin, an agriculture business major from Midway, is nominated by the Ag Club. He is the son of Ellen Partin and the late Hank Partin.
Lizzete Perez, an elementary education major from Mosheim, is nominated by RHiTA. She is the daughter of Jose and Olga Perez.
BreAnna Scearce, a pre-health professions major from Thorn Hill, is nominated by the Science Club. She is the daughter of John and Lennis Scearce. 
Matthew Stephan, an economics major from Morristown, is nominated by Phi Theta Kappa. He is the son of Carole and Mark Stephan.
