Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance (IEC) has provided this online form for handling and tracking data requests and obtaining approvals to share data externally. We appreciate your use of this form for all requests.

IEC strives to provide you with the information that you request in a timely manner. For this reason, it is very important that requests are made as far in advance as possible. Please allow at least two weeks for our office to review and complete your request.
