Bursar's Office

The Bursar's Office is located within the Business Office (CCEN Rm 103) on the Morristown Campus and is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Bursar is responsible for the assessment, collection, and refunding of student tuition and fees as well as the disbursement of  financial aid checks at Walters State Community College. 

Summer registration and fee payment begins April 6.  Fall registration begins April 6.  Fall fee payment begins July 13.

• Cash, check, or money order payments  can be made       at any campus Business Office.  VISA, MasterCard,   Discover or Debit Card payments can ONLY be    processed via the STAR_NET System.  Payment must    be made in full by the fee payment deadline.

             Note:  International education fee is not

                        charged during summer.

• Remember:  Confirm your enrollment by paying all tuition    & fees by the fee payment deadline.  Students are re-

        STAR_NET and reviewing their account for amounts

        due by the fee payment deadlines.  Students may not

        receive a bill due to the timing of registering and when

        fees are due.
