Our Associate of Science in Pre-Pharmacy is specifically designed to prepare students
for entrance into pharmacy schools. This program equips you with foundational knowledge
in chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics, critical for the rigorous Doctor
of Pharmacy degree, which requires an additional four years of study beyond this program.
We strongly advise students to consult regularly with Walters State advisors and to
review the admission requirements of potential pharmacy schools, as detailed in their
catalogs, to ensure alignment with specific prerequisites and enhance their readiness
for transfer to a baccalaureate program and subsequent pharmacy education.
