Submitting Electronic Forms Online
Please find the required form(s) through MyWS. Required forms will appear in your Alerts after login.
Please monitor MyWS for additional requirements or updates.
Computers are available in the Financial Aid Office for students and parents to use to complete the forms. The Financial Aid Office will be happy to answer any questions or assist you with this process.

Independent Students
Please complete all forms listed in your alerts on MyWS.
After completion, please electronically sign and submit.
Once submitted, the forms will be sent electronically to be processed by the Financial Aid Office.
Dependent Students
Please complete all forms listed in your alerts on MyWS.
Enter the contact information for a parent listed on your FAFSA. Please note, the email address of your parent must be different than your own. Students and parents can not share the same email address for submission purposes.
After completing the forms, please electronically sign and submit.
An email will be sent to your parents.
Parents of Dependent Students
After your dependent student submits an online form, you will receive an email to complete and electronically sign the form. You must create your own Dynamic Forms (NextGen) account to proceed.
After completion of the parent section (if applicable), please electronically sign and submit.
Once submitted, the forms will be sent electronically to be processed by the Financial Aid Office.
