Tutoring is free at Walters State! Our tutoring assists students in overcoming any academic, social, and cultural barrier to a successful future. In-person and virtual tutoring is available to help students improve their grades, prep for exams, and develop quality study habits.
Planning for success in the classroom and after graduation begins in our Student Success Advising Center. Advisors are at the ready to assist you with educational plans that support your life goals. The Advising Center offers individualized appointments, personal goal assessment, registration assistance, and help with career planning.

Card linkCounseling is another service we provide. Professionally trained counselors are available to support students with educational, vocational, and personal issues. We also offer testing services across our four campuses for the ACT, Praxis, College Level Examination and many others.
Card linkOur Student Records Office provides students with academic records, transcripts, and performs graduation evaluations. The Records Office also maintains directory information for all students enrolled at the college.
