Guide to the Help Desk Resquest System (TSR System)

Getting Started
To access the Technical Services Request (TSR) System, go to tsr.ws.edu.


 
How to log-in to the TSR System

1. Click on the link labeled "Submit a new TSR or View your TSRs”

2. Enter “wscc\(your computer user name)”

3. Enter your computer password.

How to submit a TSR

1. Log-in to the TSR system, then click “Submit TSR”

2. The following screen will appear:

3. Type a description of what you need in the "Description" field. You can even attach a file or files to the request.

4. Click the "Submit" button.

 

 

How to view TSRs you submitted

1. Log-in to the TSR system, then click "View TSR's"

2. The following screen will appear. All TSR’s you have submitted will be listed, showing date, number, status, customer and issue.

3. Click “Created date/time” to view details of a specific incident.
