     The Walters State Foundation awarded 228 scholarships for the 2025-26 academic year. This list includes the student’s name, major and scholarship received.
     Applications are now open for the 2026-27 academic year. For more information, visit https://ws.edu/cost-aid/types/scholarships/ws-scholarships/index.aspx. Applicants must first be admitted to Walters State. The deadline to apply is Feb. 1.

The Walters State Community College Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) foundation created to promote and support the objectives of Walters State Community College. The foundation is the official fundraising arm of the college and is governed by a board of trustees.
