Dine at the Campus Café
The Campus Café is operated by Hillbilly’s Cabin and is open for breakfast and lunch Monday - Thursday each week. Breakfast items are served until 10:30a.m. Full meals or quick bites are offered; students can relax inside or out on the patio if you have time or grab a quick bite or drink in between classes. Come in and say “ hi” we would love to catch up with and meet all our new students.
Conveniently located in the College Center acrross from the Bookstore, students can enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Campus Café. For more information, call 423.585.2626.

The Favorites Menu
Fresh baked biscuits
With bacon or sausage and egg and cheese also chicken biscuits
Croissants
Bacon egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese or just meats
Favorite Sides
Fries, onion strings, or even varied flavors of chips
Entrée Salads
Chef, chicken tender, buffalo chicken, or grilled chicken salads
Homemade ranch or chipotle ranch dressing or Honey mustard, Italian, or blue cheese

Chicken Tenders
Campus favorites! Available in 3 or 4 tender baskets.
With fries and beverage (try our house made ranch or chipotle ranch) available in
our homemade buffalo sauce as well.
Burgers
Everything from plain to mushroom burgers with fries and beverage. For our hungry
folks make it a double!
Sandwiches
Phillies, grilled chicken, buffalo chicken, Cajun chicken, Grilled cheese, clubs,
and the classic BLT all served with fries and beverage.
