• April 8 – Sensations Pop Concert, 7:30 p.m., Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex.
Enjoy this free concert featuring works by favorite Broadway composers. The Sensations
will be joined by featured guests, the Walters State Community Chorale, the Encore
Theatrical Company Junior Choir and a choir featuring students from both Meadowview
and East Ridge middle schools.
• April 14-28 – Student Art Exhibit, Catron Art Gallery, R. Jack Fishman Library.
This free exhibit features art and digital media created this semester by students.
• April 20 – Empty Bowls, 10 a.m.-noon, Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex.
Pick out a unique piece of art created by our students and help fight hunger in East
Tennessee. Each bowl is $15, which goes directly to Second Harvest Food Bank. Your
$15 will provide 45 meals.
• April 21 – Cliffy Film Festival, 11 a.m., Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex.
See the work of our students in creating fictional films, documentaries and music
videos in this annual event.
• April 21-24 – “Cry Havoc: A Combative Interlude with the Bard,” Judge James H. Inman
Humanities Complex.
Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on April 21, 22 and 23 and 2:30 p.m. on April 23 and 24. This
is the debut of local author Wes Downing’s original play. Tickets are $12 general
admission; $10 seniors and $5 students. Tickets will be on sale at the box office
one hour before showtime.
• April 24 – Spring Choral Concert, 3 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, Morristown.
•April 26 – Jazz Band Concert, 7:30 p.m., Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex.
