Where are the computer labs located?
For information on computer lab locations and their primary uses across all Walters State campuses, please visit the Computer Labs page.
What format do I use on my home computer to save my papers and so they will be compatible with Walters State computers?

We advise students  to save their papers in .docx format. That way papers can be opened on school computers and instructors can open them when they are submitted as assignments.

How can I search the Library’s databases?
  1. Go to library.ws.edu.
  2. Click on the Academic Databases link for on-campus or off-campus.
How do I activate my account or reset my password?
How can I get help with MyWS?
MyWS is your Walters State account where you can access eLEARN, registration, fee payment, and more. You can contact Senators Central or the Help Desk if you need help with MyWS.
How can I get help with eLEARN?

eLEARN is the class-management system used by students at Walters State. Through eLEARN, you will access content for classes, see assignments and due dates, and correspond with your professors.
