“Our goal is to provide an entertaining and challenging summer experience through
Kids College and the STEAM Experience,” Dr. Nicole Cardwell-Hampton, coordinator of
youth programs for the Division of Workforce Development at Walters State, said.
“Participants also have the chance to spend time on a college campus and work with
college professors and students. Many students leave Kids College with the goal of
a college education planted for their futures,” Cardwell-Hampton said.
